Where does Greenwood Homes build?
We are licensed in California, Nevada, Hawaii, Idaho, and Utah, with established teams serving Lake Tahoe, Kauai, Coeur d'Alene, and the Park City region.
When should we bring Greenwood into the process?
At any stage. We can join at project inception for feasibility, estimating, value engineering, and scheduling, or come aboard after your architectural plans are complete.
Do you take on renovations?
Yes. Our teams deliver custom new homes as well as renovations, additions, tenant improvements, and energy-efficient upgrades.
What happens after the home is complete?
Our relationship continues through an ironclad warranty, open communication, and responsive post-construction support.
